The Selection review

Hey guys,how are you all doing? I am really happy because the weather is staring to warm up a bit so I can read and tan outside. Anyways for this weeks blog post we decided to mix it up a little bit. Tea-riffic and I decided that we were going to give each other books that the other person would most likely not read. After reading the book we would each do a review on the book that was given. But first I thought I would answer some questions first.



Did you enjoy the book? If not why not? 

At first I did not think I was going to like it. The book is basically the bachelor meet royalty and I am not a big fan of the show. But after reading the book I fell in love.  


On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate this book.

I would probably would given the book a rating of 9.5. 


Who was your favourite character?

Probably America because she is like me in a way. I don't really care for wearing makeup and having my hair all fancy. If I was in her shoes I would probably act the same way. Big whoopty doo he is a handsome Prince but I don't really care.

Who was your least favourite character

My least favourite character is Celeste because she is mean and likes to play dirty like when she ripped Americas dress because she wanted to wear it.


What was your favourite scene?

I really enjoy the scene where America and Maxon meet for the first time. Its when Maxon first sees that America is not like other girls.


What was your least favourite scene?

I don't think I have a least favourite scene. I like every part of the book.

Did you like the way the book ended?

At first I thought the book was too short and that the author could have continued The selection in the same book. After reading some of the other books I realized the book would have been long if the whole selection happened all in one book.
